FAQ
Can I bring my own Glasses To be Engraved?
Yes, you may, but please keep in mind that not all glass shapes and sizes can be engraved.
You will have to bring it in for us to see if if it can be laser engraved for your design.
For glass engraving only, we charge a laser setup fee of R150 and also a engraving fee per glass of R65 (ex. VAT).
We do offer bulk discounts for glass engravings, please contact us for more information.
How long does delivery take?
After the engraving process (Setup, Revisions, Engraving) which is usually 3-4 Working days. Delivery can take 1 – 3 Working days.
Logo / Artwork Setup Fees
Any images or logos that will need to be added will be subject to a once-off setup fee.
The setup fee covers the cost of getting the image ready for detailed engraving for the best possible result.
